Muay Thai, often called "Thai kickboxing," is a martial art and combat sport known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" due to its use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Originating in Thailand, Muay Thai combines powerful strikes with clinching techniques, making it highly effective for both self-defense and fitness.
Muay Thai/Kickboxing improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and balance. Known for its intense conditioning, Karate/Kickboxing workouts focus on building core strength and mental resilience, making it a popular choice for those seeking a full-body workout that also teaches practical self-defense skills.
