Muay Thai / Kickboxing

Program

 Muay Thai/Kickboxing, often called "Thai kickboxing," is a martial art and combat sport known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" due to its use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Originating in Thailand, Muay Thai combines powerful strikes with clinching techniques, making it highly effective for both self-defense and fitness. 

Muay Thai/Kickboxing improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and balance. Known for its intense conditioning, Karate/Kickboxing workouts focus on building core strength and mental resilience, making it a popular choice for those seeking a full-body workout that also teaches practical self-defense skills. 

Coaches: Younes Abisourour

Younes Abisourour is a professional MMA fighter with great skills. As an experienced MMA coach and professional fighter at Hive MMA and Fitness Center in Fairfax, VA, he is dedicated to developing athletes of all levels through disciplined training, technical precision, and mental toughness. With years of competitive experience and a passion for teaching, he empowers students to reach their peak performance in mixed martial arts, fitness, and self-defense.

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays (some Saturdays)
