Zumba

Description

 Zumba is a high-energy fitness program that combines dance and aerobic movements to create a fun, full-body workout. Set to upbeat music with rhythms inspired by Latin and international beats, Zumba routines incorporate various dance styles and cardio and interval training. It’s designed to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and coordination while promoting a fun, social environment that makes exercising feel like a dance party. Suitable for all fitness levels, Zumba is an engaging way to boost physical fitness and mental well-being. 

Instructional Detail

At Hive MMA Fitness, we believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination. We focus on building healthy habits that last a lifetime. Our philosophy is to make fitness fun, challenging, and rewarding.

We offer a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. From high-intensity interval training to yoga and meditation, we have something for everyone. Our programs are led by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals.

Coaches: Afnan Abdulrahman

Afnan has been teaching Zumba for over 13 years. She has been a certified Zumba instructor, and has taught a variety of classes for all ages.  She loves mixing Spanish, Arabic, Indian, and American songs into fun routines.

Schedule

Mondays & Wednesdays  

Time:  6-7 pm


Saturdays

Time: 10-11 am
