Description

 Pilates is a low-impact exercise system that focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture and balance. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this practice combines precise movements and controlled breathing to work muscles in a balanced way, particularly the deep abdominal and back muscles. Pilates exercises can be done on a mat or specialized equipment like the Reformer, making it adaptable for people of all fitness levels. Known for building lean muscle, improving coordination, and reducing injury risk, Pilates is popular for both rehabilitation and fitness training.
