BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)

Program Details

 Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on ground fighting, submissions, and positional control—key components for both self-defense and MMA competition. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced grappler sharpening your skills, our BJJ program offers a structured and supportive environment for all levels. Students will learn techniques such as takedowns, guard work, escapes, and submissions, with an emphasis on leverage, timing, and strategy over strength. Classes include both gi and no-gi training, and are designed to improve your overall fitness, confidence, and fight readiness. 

Coaches:Tarek Edelbi

Professor Tarek is a Jiu Jitsu 2nd black belt with 17 years of experience. He’s dedicated his life to mastering the art and using it as a tool for personal growth, discipline, and empowerment. Through this academy, his mission is to give back to the community by creating a space where individuals from all backgrounds can grow stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually.


This program is rooted in hard work, mutual respect, and the belief that Jiu Jitsu can be a transformative path in life. 

Schedule

Tuesdays and Thursdays

5:30 -6:30 pm for youth

8-9 pm for Adult
