Designed specifically for women, this class teaches practical self-defense techniques, striking, grappling, and conditioning in a supportive and encouraging environment. Build confidence, improve strength, and learn valuable skills while training with experienced instructors. Perfect for all skill levels—whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your MMA journey 

Coach: Jasmine Yosofi

Coach Jasmine has extensive background in MMA sports, and hold black belt in Hapkido. She is professional power lifter and certified personal trainer. 

Women BJJ

 Hive Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu is a supportive, empowering class designed exclusively for women of all experience levels. Learn practical self-defense, build strength and confidence, and sharpen your technique in a safe, welcoming environment. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, this class helps you grow physically and mentally while training alongside a strong community of women.

MMA (Kickboxing-Striking): Friday & Sunday at 6:30-7:30 pm
