With over 20 years of expertise in fitness, Hajer has dedicated her career to empowering women through movement and wellness. Her specialties include kickboxing, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and tai chi, along with tailored training programs designed to help women feel their best. As a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, she has had the privilege of guiding countless women on their journeys to improved health, strength, and confidence.
